Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and increase revenue. Leading the team to achieve sales targets and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business, while fostering client relationships and expanding the company’s customer base.

Process/Technical Function and Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Marketing
- Oversee and steer all marketing activities including brand management, market research, and digital marketing.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate with the management team to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field. MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing, with proven record of accomplishment in a leadership role, preferably in the printing or related industry.
Professional qualification of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage
